Bear Orphanage is bustling once again! Winter is always a quiet time down in Dorfman Bear Orphanage, but with spring time here at last (well, supposedly - the temperature is telling us otherwise), the American black bear residents are up and about!It is wonderful to visit the Orphanage and see our favorite black bears again. The whole group of them is eager and hungry after their long winter torpor. Their appetites are wonderful, and everyone is exploring to see how their habitat has changed in the past few months! Now is a great time to come out and see them on tours. They'll be eager for visitors and happy to say "hello!"
