Our first round of Christmas tree hand outs was a huge success! All of the animals really enjoyed the seasonal enrichment, and you can bet we enjoyed watching them have fun. We saw lots of rubbing and rolling, biting and chewing, and even some splashing! The animals were eager to play with the prickly, piney trees, but most were even more eager to SMELL them. These guys love new scents, and pine tree is always a favorite.

You guys are truly doing an amazing thing for these animals! What a terrific role model for young people to see how they can make a difference. Please keep doing all the wonderful things you are doing for these animals, my family would love to come help however we can!
